1. General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between Batjail and the user. In the event of any dispute, the laws of Batjail's registered jurisdiction will apply.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use Batjail's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must register using your real name, date of birth, and accurate contact details.
• Each person may create only one account.
• Registration is not permitted from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Registration is not permitted if you are under a mental incapacity or a court-imposed restriction.

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or inaccurate, Batjail reserves the right to close the account at any time, and the account balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for the security of your Batjail account. Keep your login credentials private — do not share them with anyone.

• Report any unauthorized use of your account to us immediately.
• If your personal details (address, phone number) change, please update your account accordingly.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for 365 days or more.

Batjail monitors all account activity through its security team. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Batjail can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, and approved e-wallets.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own verified name.
• The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed after KYC verification.
• Withdrawals on verified accounts are generally processed within 5–48 hours.
• Batjail may charge transaction fees — you will be notified in advance.
• Any withdrawal may be held or cancelled if money laundering is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Batjail offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• Wagering Requirements: A specified amount of bets must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.

6. Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

11. Account Closure & Suspension

Batjail may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

If your account is closed for a legitimate reason, your balance will be refunded; however, any bonus balance will be considered void.
